Connie Miller, Trustee
Connie is a marketing and communications professional with 30 years’ experience spanning a diverse range of industry sectors and brands. These days she runs her own marketing business focussing on modern marketing strategies, project management and reputation management. Her governance experience includes 12 years as a trustee of the Mazda Foundation and seven years with Auckland SPCA.
Along with a deep appreciation of Sir Edmund Hillary’s achievements, Connie has a passion for working to benefit our communities and was motivated to become a trustee because she can contribute these skills and experience.
A further inspiration to join our team came from hearing stories about Sir Ed, as her father was the youngest member of the HMNZS Endeavour, the ship that transported him to Antarctica in 1957.
She is committed to championing the importance of leadership, and believes that
individuals and communities can become stronger, better-connected and more effective when support is offered. Connie looks forward to making a positive impact towards achieving the vision of our Trust.
